These terms govern access to bookia.ca and the Bookia platform. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of the service
Bookia provides custom AI voice and conversational agents to answer calls, qualify requests and automate appointment booking. Exact features depend on the plan and configuration chosen.
2. Account and access
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information at registration.
- We may suspend an account in case of abusive or unlawful use.
3. Billing and cancellation
Billing starts according to the plan selected at signup. Prices, billing frequency and any cancellation or refund terms are communicated to you clearly before any payment. You may cancel at any time in accordance with your plan's terms.
4. Protection of personal information
The processing of your personal information and that of your customers is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with Law 25. Using Bookia agents, in particular recording and transcribing calls, requires that you obtain the necessary consents from the individuals concerned.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the Bookia brand, the content and the associated technology remain the property of Bookia and its licensors. No implicit license is granted beyond the intended use of the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Bookia is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last twelve (12) months for the service in question.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
