How long until an agent is in production?+

For a standard case (simple booking, calendar sync), the base setup takes just a few simple steps. For more complex cases (custom CRM integration, multi-language, conditional workflows), expect a few days to a few weeks depending on complexity.

What if Bookia doesn't know an answer?+

The agent recognizes its limits and offers either to take a message or hand off to a human on your team with the full conversation context preloaded.

My scripts are confidential. Are they safe?+

Your scripts, transcripts and data are hosted in Canada where possible. Retention and protection rules are defined with you during deployment.

Can I modify the agent myself after going live?+

Yes, through a simple dashboard. For structural changes (new workflows, integrations), our team implements them within 48-72h at no extra cost.
